The Championship Golf Course "El Camaleon", designed by Greg Norman and home of the PGA Mayakobá Golf Classic, offers 18 holes that move seamlessly from the jungle to the Caribbean, through an ever-changing terrain of mangroves to the sea.
SENSE Spa lies in it´s own private island and offers 12 luxurious treatment rooms beside the lake and 8 Island Suites where guests can live their vacation-spa without leaving the privacy and comfort of their suite. The Spa is located on a cenote, a natural pool fed by limestone springs crystal flowing underground through the Yucatan Peninsula. Spa facilities include separate areas for men and women with therapy pools, steam room, saunas and showers, an outdoor deck for meditation and/or yoga, a temazcal, semi-Olympic pool, and a terrace for relaxation with refreshments. The menu offers therapeutic treatments which highlight local ingredients extracted from plants such as aloe and agave.

This indigenous ritual connects you with your internal being — a circle of fire, an offering of love, worship, and chants to Nature and the universe.
The Mayan Shaman leads the Temazcal ritual by pouring water on the rocks so that the hut becomes a mix between a steam room and a sauna at the same time he invites our guests to join him with traditional Mayan songs to create a holistic and very emotional environment.

ROOM OVERVIEW:
Located near the crystal-clear cenote on the resort's spa island, the indulgent Island Suite boasts a terrace with private plunge pool, bathroom with outdoor shower and adjoining private spa treatment room. Enjoy solitude and serenity on this private island along with proximity to an adult's only pool area. Due to the design and layout of suite, please note only adults are allowed, double-occupancy.
