King and Grove just took over the Tides Hotel in South Beach Miami but it seems as though they are interested in a second property in the area. Rumor has it that the Versailles Hotel is being eyed as the next location for their expansion, with renovation plans already underway. Whether or not King and Grove is truly behind the project is still left to be confirmed. Let's keep an eye on this...
